Resipadel Alu Master is a Padel Court built from a composition of materials.
The Resipadel custom designed profiles used for the frame are made from Aluminium and offer many advantages compared to common steel designs.

• Vertical Aluminium profiles with a section 205mm x 50mm and RHS steel core.

For the assembly of the Court system Resipadel has introduced a series of innovative concepts:
• Glass and mesh are mounted on solid EPDM rubber gaskets rather than common
adhesive EPDM foam strips which have a tendency of falling off after some years.
• Steel Mesh, hot dip galvanized and powder coated, is also resting on solid EPDM
gaskekts and is fixed to the Aluminium profile with a Resipadel designed and patented quick zip system for easy installation and removal.
• Better “accustics” of the wire mesh due to EPDM gaskets
ResiPadel Alu Master is currently available in 2 colors:
• RAL 9005 Deep Black
• RAL 7016 Anthracit
• Other colors for powder coating or anodized surfaces can be offered to customer specification.
Resipadel Alu Master can be configured and offered for outdoor as well as indoor use.

Resibase is a completely new foundation concept for the installation of Padel Courts and provides the customer with the opportunity to have ONE SUPPLIER A COMPLETE COURT system.
